Description

2Lariese Raw Cold Pressed Hemp Seed Oil 500ml

Lariese organic Hemp seed oil is certified by ACO, USDA, HACCP FSANZ food safety program and is KOSHER and grown and produced for human consumption.

Hemp seed oil, has been named Nature's most Perfectly Balanced Oil on this Planet. Pressed from the seeds of the Cannabis sativa plant, it has the correct concentration ratio of Omega fatty acids. It's ideal 3:1 ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6 is recommended by the World Health Organization for optimal utilization. Essential fatty acids in this oil is fundamental in restoring health and the immune function.

It contains the ideal proportion of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (One tablespoon ذ 15 mls contains 94% of your daily requirement of Omega 3, 6, 9) and boasts 80% EFA's in the optimum 3:1 ratio (omega 6 and omega 3). It also contains anti-inflammatory Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) as well as Stearidonic Acid (SDA) that lowers cholesterol profiles.

These properties could assist with problems associated with heart, liver, kidney, bowel, gallbladder, arthritis, immunity, auto-immune disorder, hormonal balance, reproduction, PMS, menopause, allergies, metabolism, nerve and brain function, anxiety, attention span, muscle recovery, physical performance, lactic acid reduction in joints, eczema & skin health. It is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-microbial and anti yeast.

Hemp oil contains more desirable EFAs than flax and can be used continuously without developing a deficiency or other imbalance of Omega 3. Hemp is the only edible seed containing GLA (gamma linolenic acid) and magnesium-rich chlorophyll, both of which are beneficial in helping with PMS conditions including breast tenderness, bloating, cramping and other discomforts.

Flax seed oil has a ratio of 1:4 ratio respectively which does not promote the optimum health balance, especially if used long-term (having a diet high in Omega 6 can actually be a contributing factor to inflammation).

This delicious, nutritious oil is produced in conjunction with our New Zealand's partners, the largest and leading producer of Industrial Hemp in the Southern Hemisphere.

Hemp seed oil and Hemp products are free from heavy metal contaminants such as Mercury that can be found in fish and fish oil. Nor does have the high concentration of Vitamin A found in fish oil which body cannot store it and a build up can cause a toxicity especially in Expectant mothers.

Published research by Health Canada says that Hemp Seed oil is highly recommended by expectant and lactating mothers for the brain and bone development of the baby. A good doctor or naturopath will not prescribe fish oil to term mothers.

Hemp seed oil does not have these side effects. Yellow fruits and vegetables supply the beta carotene that stores in the liver and creates Vitamin A when required.

Cold pressed under 28C - the dark colour of Lariese Hemp Seed Oil attests to lack of heat during pressing, the high content of Chlorophyll's and the NON usage of Hexane or chemical solvents.

Some international companies use Hexane to thin the oil thus increasing yield. They then evaporated this chemical off but the residues of which still remain in the resultant oil and the protein by product.

Lariese Hemp seed oil is bottled in amber glass bottles, the only way to store Hemp seed oil.

The bottles are flushed with food safe Argon gas, the heaviest of gasses which displaces air, prevents oxidisation by blanketing the oil, preserves taste, texture, freshness and colour. It doesn't escape even when the bottle is tilted and protects the oil when the equilibrium is returned. This process is extensively used in the wine industry.

The delegate nutty flavour of Hemp Seed oil lends itself to variety of recipes in a number of countries, including pestos, marinades and salad dressings. It is also added to cereals, smoothies and milk shakes. Frying on direct heat could reduce the nutrients however it can be added to your hot food. It can be used as a salad dressing. For a more interesting Salad dressing, marinate herbs such as garlic, Chilli, Chrives and herbs for about a week.
